Select the appropriate subscription rate (see below) and either print out this page or print out our application form. Then post your completed form with a cheque (payable to "The Brookwood Cemetery Society") to our Membership Secretary whose contact details appear at the bottom of this page.

Our subscription rates cover the period 1 February 2008 to 31 January 2009:

• Individual at £7.00
• Family (two adults at the same address, with any number of children up to 16 years) at £9.00
• Unemployed / Student / in receipt of pension or benefit at £5.00
• Overseas Membership at £10.00
• New members joining after 1st August 2008 may choose to pay half the annual rate.
